Hosting and storage

This site is hosted on Lovable infrastructure and delivered via Cloudflare. The hosting provider processes server log data such as IP address, browser type, and time of request for the purpose of secure and stable delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Order records and waitlist email addresses are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database provided by Supabase, acting as our processor.

Orders

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you purchase, Stripe collects your payment details, email address, and shipping address and processes them as an independent controller. We store the payment reference, email address, size, country, and amount to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment card details never reach our servers.

Waitlist

If you submit your email address for the overcoat waitlist, we store it solely to contact you about that product (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

Cookies and tracking

We use no analytics or tracking. During checkout, Stripe sets technically necessary cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Beyond that, no cookies are used on this site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to concierge@richpeopleshirt.com.
